Refund Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE
States n Stripes utilises a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not offered if you ordered the wrong size or colour or changed your mind.
Faulty or Defective Garments
7.1 States N Stripes reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of returned items before processing a refund or exchange.
Refund of faulty or defective items.
7.2 We will happily provide a full refund after a physical examination confirming the defect or fault.
7.3 You will be required to post the item at your cost to us at the address provided on our return email.
7.4 States N Stripes does not accept responsibility for items posted to us by you.
7.5 For a refund or replacement to be considered
a. You must notify States N Stripes of any defects or faults within 7 days of receiving the order and provide your name, order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or faults via email to customercare@statesnstripes.com.
b. Unclear or distorted images will result in a rejection or delay of your claim.
c. If images are unclear or we cannot determine the extent of the defect, you will be required to return the item to us, at your cost, for a physical examination.
d. Items, the subject of a refund request, must be returned, at your cost, to States N Stripes for examination and confirmation of faults or defects.

f. If deemed faulty by States N Stripes, a replacement item (a reprint of the same order) will be shipped where possible (subject to stock availability), or a refund will be issued.

7.6 Please ensure all requested information is contained within the return parcel so we can confirm the purchaser’s identity.
7.7 When a returned item is received, examined, and a refund is approved, an email will be sent to the customer confirming refund approval.
7.8 Please allow 21 business days for any returned item to be examined and a refund (if applicable) to be approved.
7.9 Please allow 7 business days from refund approval for your refund to appear in your nominated bank account.
