Shipping and Delivery
Delivery
6.1 You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase.
6.2 If your goods are returned because an incorrect address was provided, you will be required to pay shipping costs to the correct address and a service fee of USD
6.3 If States N Stripes is not provided with an updated address for the reshipment after one (1) week, your goods will be donated.
6.4 States N Stripes may use independent contractors for delivery purposes and charge you a delivery fee as specified at the time of purchase.
6.5 Shipping costs will vary depending on the location and quantities ordered.
6.6 States N Stripes does not guarantee any firm delivery dates.
6.7 Where you grant us the authority to leave the products at your nominated delivery address, you agree that States N Stripes is given permission to leave the products unattended by the front door or at the reception or lobby or any relevant concierge (in the case of an apartment building) or, otherwise as per your instructions. In those circumstances, States N Stripes is not required to obtain a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location.
6.8 You agree that you will take delivery of the products without unnecessary delay and at a time reasonably specified by States N Stripes.
6.9 If you are unable to accept delivery at the delivery location, the third-party delivery service may leave a card providing you with instructions on the collection of the goods.
6.10 Where through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery of the products you do not accept delivery or collect the products, then States N Stripes may:
a. charge you with a reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by States N Stripes; or
b. remove the products from being available for delivery or collection and notify you that any Agreement for the sale of the Goods has been terminated.
6.11 The majority of Items will be posted within 1-7 business days of receiving cleared funds.
6.12 If you purchase goods over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will receive your payment on the next business day and ship within 1-7 business days.
Standard Shipping
6.13 The manufacture and shipping of our products are handled by a third-party print-on-demand company, and delivery is generally

6.15 If you are located outside of a metropolitan area (e.g., Rural or outer suburban areas), please allow an additional two business days for delivery times.
6.16 You must inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing customercare@statesnstripes.com.
6.17 You can choose a different delivery address than your billing address.
International shipping
6.18 International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
6.19 The customer is responsible for paying all overseas taxes or charges/ fees incurred.
6.20 The customer is responsible for the postage cost of all returned
6.21 Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items only.
6.22 Returns are not accepted for wrong selection for colour, size or change of mind.
Title and Risk
6.23 Unless otherwise specified, title and risk in goods purchased by you pass to you upon placing your order.
6.24 As and from when risk passes to you, States N Stripes will not be liable to you for loss suffered or incurred by you in relation to the products except as provided in the Terms.
6.25 You agree to take care to avoid damage when opening the Items ensuring you do not use any sharp instruments that may cause damage.
