1.1 States n Stripes utilises a print-on-demand company, meaning all products go into production once an order is placed.
1.2 You may buy products offered online by States N Stripes by navigating the catalogue and shopping cart available on our website.
1.3 To purchase products via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age.
1.4 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices are in US dollars.
2.2 GST (10%) is included in the published price if the purchaser’s location is in Australia.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase.
6.2 If your goods are returned because an incorrect address was provided, you will be required to pay shipping costs to the correct address and a service fee of USD
6.3 If States N Stripes is not provided with an updated address for the reshipment after one (1) week, your goods will be donated.
6.4 States N Stripes may use independent contractors for delivery purposes and charge you a delivery fee as specified at the time of purchase.

6.7 Where you grant us the authority to leave the products at your nominated delivery address, you agree that States N Stripes is given permission to leave the products unattended by the front door or at the reception or lobby or any relevant concierge (in the case of an apartment building) or, otherwise as per your instructions. In those circumstances, States N Stripes is not required to obtain a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location.
6.8 You agree that you will take delivery of the products without unnecessary delay and at a time reasonably specified by States N Stripes.
6.9 If you are unable to accept delivery at the delivery location, the third-party delivery service may leave a card providing you with instructions on the collection of the goods.
6.10 Where through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery of the products you do not accept delivery or collect the products, then States N Stripes may:
a. charge you with a reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by States N Stripes; or
b. remove the products from being available for delivery or collection and notify you that any Agreement for the sale of the Goods has been terminated.
6.11 The majority of Items will be posted within 1-7 business days of receiving cleared funds.
6.12 If you purchase goods over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will receive your payment on the next business day and ship within 1-7 business days.

7. Returns Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE
States n Stripes utilises a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not offered if you ordered the wrong size or colour or changed your mind.
Faulty or Defective Garments
7.1 States N Stripes reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of returned items before processing a refund or exchange.

7.2 We will happily provide a full refund after a physical examination confirming the defect or fault.
7.3 You will be required to post the item at your cost to us at the address provided on our return email.
7.4 States N Stripes does not accept responsibility for items posted to us by you.
7.5 For a refund or replacement to be considered
a. You must notify States N Stripes of any defects or faults within 7 days of receiving the order and provide your name, order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or faults via email to customercare@statesnstripes.com.
b. Unclear or distorted images will result in a rejection or delay of your claim.
c. If images are unclear or we cannot determine the extent of the defect, you will be required to return the item to us, at your cost, for a physical examination.
d. Items, the subject of a refund request, must be returned, at your cost, to States N Stripes for examination and confirmation of faults or defects.

9.2 Modifying our Content for any other purpose is a violation of our copyright and other proprietary rights and is strictly prohibited and may be a violation of the copyright of third parties.
9.3 You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Site or our content.
9.4 The artwork, designs, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our Site are the registered or unregistered trademarks of States N Stripes and third parties from whom we have obtained appropriate permissions for use.
9.5 The trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to States N Stripes, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion with customers, or in any manner that disparages States N Stripes.
9.6 Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without our express written permission.
9.7 You agree that damages may be an inadequate remedy to a breach of these Terms and acknowledge that States N Stripes will be entitled to seek injunctive relief if such steps are necessary to prevent violations of its intellectual property rights.

10.1 You acknowledge and agree that we are excused from supplying our products, services, and other obligations and will not be responsible for any delays where and so long as we are prevented from performing our obligations under these Terms by events or causes beyond our reasonable control.

10.3 If we are prevented from performing our obligations for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel your order and issue you a credit in the amount paid for the order without further liability to you.
